Our client is seeking enthusiastic Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team in Swindon!

This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of their members while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of £14.56.

Key Details:

Location: Swindon
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £14.56
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a variety of shifts (early, mid, late).
Start Dates: November 2026

What You'll Be Doing:

Engage in a variety of inbound calls, providing essential support to members of the society.
Receive comprehensive training before taking any calls, ensuring you're fully equipped to assist.
Handle upwards of 40 calls a day, guiding members through online banking and discussing a range of products and services.
Adapt your communication style to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring a personalised experience.

Key Requirements:

Experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
Confidence in using a desktop or laptop computer, along with access to a secure and reliable internet connection.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
