Job Title: Scrum Master
Length of Contract: 6 months initially (potential to extension)
Location: Dublin, Leopards town
Hybrid Model: 3 days in office, 2 days home
Pay Rate: 400-600
We are looking for an experienced Certified Scrum Master to join a leading financial services organisation, working with global technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies and artefacts.
- Manage sprint and quarterly metrics, Daily Radiators, capacity planning and PI planning.
- Identify and remove delivery and technical impediments.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project status, risks and issues.
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums across global/distributed teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and support high-performing Agile teams.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach, managing multiple technical teams or projects.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Experience with sprint metrics, capacity planning and quarterly PI planning.
- Strong experience coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams and Scrum of Scrums.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
- Financial services / banking experience.
- Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects.
- Experience working in complex, highly regulated technical environments.
