What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
- Managing automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Communicating and coordinating with the production team to meet production schedules effectively.
- Participating in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information and updates.
What You'll Need:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Basic Maths and English skills.
- A strong desire to learn and a willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a small, cohesive team.
- Good communication skills and a flexible attitude towards work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
- A valid right to work in the UK.

- Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern (38.75 hours per week):Week 1: 5.45am - 2.00pm
