Are you an organised, proactive Finance administrator looking to build a career in Finance?

A welcoming and well-run school in Barking is looking to appoint a School Administrative Finance Assistant to join their friendly office team from ASAP.

They require someone on a part-time basis, 3 days a week, and are flexible on which days that is!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to gain experience in Finance and HR within a school. Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential.

• Supporting Finance and HR administration
• Maintaining accurate staff records and the Single Central Record
• Assisting with payroll and finance administration
• Processing purchase orders and invoices
• Updating school databases and records
• Communicating with staff, parents and external agencies
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team
• Helping the school office run smoothly and efficiently

• 3 days per week
• 9.00am - 4.00pm
• The legal right to work in the UK
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive, positive attitude
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Previous administration experience (Ideally Finance experience)
