Aspire People are currently recruiting Student Teachers and Education Students who are looking for part-time work in schools alongside their studies.

This is a great opportunity to gain additional classroom experience, build your confidence, and develop your understanding of working with pupils while earning alongside your studies.

The Role May Include:

* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning
* Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and wider curriculum activities
* Helping pupils with additional learning needs or SEND
* Supporting classroom routines and positive behaviour
* Working with pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Gaining practical experience that complements your teacher training

The Ideal Candidate:

* Currently studying Primary Education, Education, Teaching, or a related course
* Student Teachers at any stage of their training are welcome to apply
* Some previous experience working with children is desirable
* Passionate about education and child development
* Patient, reliable, and approachable
* Confident communicating with children and school staff
* Available for part-time work around university or training commitments
