Job summary
Due to continued growth and internal promotions, The De Parys Group is recruiting several new colleagues to join our friendly Patient and Clinical Support (PACS) team. Reception roles in general practice can be busy, but they are also among the most rewarding roles in healthcare. As part of our PACS team you will often be the first person patients speak to when they need help, playing an important role in helping them access the right care at the right time.

The PACS team is the front door to the organisation, supporting patients and clinicians across our practice.It is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real difference to patients every day.
Working Pattern:
We offer flexible full-time or part-time contracts with a range of shift patterns:
- Morning: 8:00am 1:00pm or 1:30pm
- Afternoon: 1:00pm or 1:30pm 6:30pm
- Full day: 8:00am 6:30pm
Main duties of the job
- Welcoming patients at reception
- Answering telephone and online queries
- Supporting GPs with triaging requests
- Directing patients to the most appropriate services
- Assisting with administrative requests such as test results and Med3 certificates
About us
The De Parys Groups priority is to provide the highest standard of clinical care to the 38,000 patients registered with the practice. We aim to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support organisations, to enable more patients to be treated in a primary care setting, closer to home. We embrace a continuous improvement ethos and strive to ensure that we are available to patients when they need a consultation. We have a strong training ethos within the practice with a team of medical and non-medical educators as well as opportunities for non-clinical staff to develop and progress. TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics. We have high QOF achievement and excellent KPIs within the group.
