Contract Role – Public sectorData Modeller – London/Remote – 06 months initial – Inside IR35

Role Overview:

• Job Title: Public sectorData Modeller
• Location: London/Remote (Remote with Key Meetings in London (~1 a month)
• Contract Type: Contract
• Duration: 06 months initial
• Rate: £500-545per day Inside IR35

• MANDATORY - 5 Years UK Residency
• Experience in conceptual data modelling logical data modelling entity-relationship modelling
• Ability to define entities attributes relationships cardinality
• Experience modelling complex domains with many-to-many relationships hierarchical structures rule-based logic
• Experience in knowledge graph modelling ontology tools (e.g. Protégé) graph concepts (nodes, edges, traversal)
• Experience in regulated environments (government, finance)
• Conduct knowledge discovery across the organisation, working with stakeholders to understand how data and processes relate
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Extract implicit knowledge from SMEs documentation legacy systems
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps and duplication across data sources
• Define entities, relationships and semantics across domains
• Translate unstructured understanding into structured artefacts (models, diagrams, definitions)
• Develop conceptual and logical data models to underpin knowledge graphs
• Support the creation of ontology and taxonomy models
• Enable downstream teams to build knowledge graphs RAG pipelines AI retrieval systems
• Public sector background
• Location: Remote with key meetings in Manchester or London (~1 a month)
• No active SC needed but may require them to be go through SC at some point so just need to have lived in the UK continuously for 6 months
