C&C Search is currently recruiting a Float Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded global advisory and professional services firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP.

Position: Float Executive Assistant (6-Month FTC)
Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Key responsibilities for this Float Executive Assistant position:
- Providing seamless EA support across multiple teams and senior stakeholders during periods of leave, peak workload and business demand
- Complex diary management, scheduling meetings and coordinating international travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, briefing documents, meeting materials and expense management
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted point of contact for senior executives and external stakeholders
- Previous Executive Assistant, Float or Team PA experience within professional services, consultancy, financial services or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
