  • Providing detailed analysis and supporting evidence for the data room and transaction advisers.
  • Driving forecasting accuracy and maintaining clear visibility over risks and opportunities.
  • Partnering with commercial and operational teams to ensure assumptions are robust, understood and defensible.
  • Supporting Board and PE investor reporting throughout the transaction.

Your Profile

  • Experienced Head of FP&A / FP&A Director operating at CFO-1 level.
  • Strong private equity-backed business experience, ideally through an exit or transaction.
  • Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability.
  • Experience building and defending long-range plans and transaction models.
  • Strong commercial understanding of revenue, EBITDA, cash and enterprise value drivers.
  • Experience supporting vendor due diligence, Quality of Earnings or buyer diligence.
  • Comfortable working directly with CFOs, PE investors and transaction advisers.
  • Technology, software, data or B2B services experience would be advantageous.
  • ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
