I'm recruiting an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a manufacturing business on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly get under the skin of the HR operation, bring structure and consistency, and make sure the day-to-day service is running as it should.
