Civils Site Manager / Project Manager- Long Term Work

We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager or an ambitious Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career to join a growing team delivering long-term civil engineering projects across multiple sites in Northampton and Dorking.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work, offering long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to manage a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering works from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Working across numerous sites, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, groundworks, or utility projects.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Supervisor, or Project Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and sites effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
