£30 - £45 per hour inside IR35
Part-time - 22.5 hours per week
On Site Loughborough - commutable from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas
Contract until October half term
Are you an experienced Health & Social Care or Early Years Lecturer looking for your next immediately available contract role, working within a renowned FE College?
Do you have experience delivering teaching within further education and are you looking for an opportunity to support and develop the next generation of learners?
You'll support learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, providing guidance and support, and helping students achieve their full potential.
This role would suit an experienced Lecturer who is looking for a part-time position within a well-established college, with the potential for the college to consider a full-time appointment.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging teaching and learning across Health & Social Care or Early Years
- Support learners working towards their qualifications
- Provide guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback to students
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with colleagues to support learner development and achievement
- Working pattern: Monday 12:00-4:00, Tuesday 8:30-4:00, Wednesday 8:30-4:00, Thursday 12:30-4:00
- Potential for a full-time working pattern to be considered
- Contract running until October half term
The Person:
- Qualified in Health & Social Care, Early Years or a related discipline
- Previous experience working within further education is desirable
- Teaching or lecturing experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passionate about supporting learners and helping them achieve their potential
- Able to work effectively as part of a wider teaching team
- Fully vetted and able to complete the necessary pre-employment checks
