Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced OD and Change Lead join our client, on an interim assignment
The OD and Change Lead will provide dedicated leadership for a major organisational redesign and transformation across the Response Repairs Service. The appointed candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive restructure programme affecting more than 300 employees acro
The duties of the OD and Change Lead will include
- Developing and maintaining programme plans, governance arrangements, milestones and reporting
- Leading the development of the Business Case and Case for Change
- Leading organisation design activity across all levels of the service, including future operating model and workforce structures
- Designing and coordinating collective consultation processes
- Leading engagement and negotiation with recognised Trade Unions
- Supporting managers in delivering individual consultation meetings
- Leading the review, development and drafting of job descriptions
- Coordinating job evaluation activity and submissions
- Acting as a trusted adviser to the Assistant Director of Responsive Repairs and HR Business Partner on organisational change and transformation
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Responsive Repairs restructuring programme
The OD and Change Lead will ideally have:
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience
- Experience within Local government is desirable
- Experience in Organisation Design and Change programmes
The OD and Change Lead will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
