Job summary
<p>As a SCPHN School Nurse, you will join our School-Age Health & Wellbeing Service, playing a vital role in improving the health, wellbeing and life chances of children and young people across Warwickshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver preventative, early intervention and targeted public health <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support to school-aged children and their families. Working across schools, community settings and family homes, you will help children and young people overcome challenges, make positive lifestyle choices and access the <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support they need to thrive</span>. You will be part of a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive and forward-thinking Public Health Nursing team, working closely with schools, healthcare professionals and partner agencies to reduce health inequalities, safeguard vulnerable children and improve outcomes</span>.
