Payrate: £19,200 per annum (12 months contract)

Position Type: Part-time (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) 3 days a week.

About the Role

Are you a highly organized coordinator with a passion for delivering flawless events and top-tier customer experiences? We are looking for an Education & Business Support Assistant to join our Electrophysiology (EP) division in Solihull.

In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our education and marketing teams. From orchestrating national events and congresses to serving as our "Digital Ambassador," you will ensure our educational programs run seamlessly, compliantly, and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event & Education Coordination: Plan and execute national educational events, congresses, and campaigns. Manage invitations, delegate correspondence, accommodation, and venue bookings.

  • Digital Ambassadorship: Actively share educational events digitally to maximize outreach and coverage.

  • Logistics & Finance: Manage event budgets, coordinate with external vendors (catering, couriers, trainers), use CVENT for vendor contracts, and arrange travel according to company policy.

  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure all events and Healthcare Professional (HCP) faculty interactions comply with company policies, GDPR, and Veeva approvals. Maintain the PSA database and liaise with compliance and privacy councils.

  • Front of House: Provide a professional, welcoming front-of-house presence for visitors and stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade field-based employees and managers.

  • Superb Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple logistics streams simultaneously.

  • Tech Savvy: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) platforms like CVENT and Veeva.

  • Natural Traits: Enthusiastic, driven, results-orientated, change-responsive, and commercially aware.
