Role Overview

A leading global tech and video platform is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive partner growth and lead ecosystem initiatives across the Turkish market. You will manage high-profile digital media accounts, analyze channel performance data, and lead localized partner events and creator workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top digital media partners, MCNs, and content creators.

• Use platform analytics to optimize channel performance, audience reach, and monetization strategies.

• Plan and execute localized industry events, workshops, and partner roundtables.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Policy, Product, Sales) to resolve partner issues and finalize agreements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Partner Management: Background managing creators, MCNs, streaming platforms, or digital publishers.

• Data Analytics: Proven ability to analyze digital media performance metrics and turn insights into actionable growth plans.

• Event & Project Management: Hands-on experience planning and executing partner events or workshops end-to-end.

• Bilingual: Native or fluent in Turkish with business-level English.
