Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to candidates, commercially minded, and keen to build a career within recruitment.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and database searches
• Making candidate calls and building strong relationships
• Candidate registrations and onboarding
• Chasing and managing compliance requirements
• Coordinating interviews
• Booking workers and managing availability
• Managing candidate availability and daily requirements
• Client administration and account support
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system
• Vacancy management
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Conducting candidate database searches
• Dealing with day-to-day candidate queries
• Supporting urgent client requirements
• Providing general recruitment and account support

• Confident and professional on the phone
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work at pace
• A strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
• Computer literate and confident using CRM/database systems
• A team player who is willing to learn and develop
• Resilient, motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment
