We are recruiting across Care Homes, Homecare, and Supported Living settings in Argyll & Bute, the Western Isles, Orkney, and Shetland. Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rates:

  • HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr (PAYE rolled up)

  • Senior Care Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE rolled up)

• Free Accommodation: Shared client-provided accommodation included for your full placement.

• Travel Reimbursed: All ferry travel to and from the islands is covered by Randstad.

• Contract Length: Flexible 12-week minimum commitment, with extensions up to 6 months available.

• Time Off: Take up to 2 weeks of leave if extending past your initial 12 weeks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant care or support setting.

• SSSC registration (or willingness to register).

• Full right to work in the UK.

• Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week deployment away from home.
