£700 per day

ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract. The Commercial Manager will lead and deliver complex procurement activities from strategy development through to contract award.

The Role:

• Undertake procurement actions ideally with experience in the public sector
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Confident communicator who can provide clear updates and build relationships.
• Experience of using an eTendering system for issuing and managing tenders.
• Experience of undertaking complex high value procurement actions and especially the procurement of frameworks

Requirements:

• Experience negotiating supplier contracts, rates, terms and conditions.
• Ability to secure commercial value and manage spend effectively
• Ability to build strong relationships across business functions.
• Experience working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within a public sector environment
• CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
