We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administration Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of our services. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department while maintaining excellent standards of customer service and professionalism.

Working closely with colleagues, managers, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload. This fixed-term position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, further develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution during an important period of service development and improvement.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing admin support to the team and medics.
  • Organising clinics, appointments, inputting onto SystmOne, general tasks, liaising with clients, carers.
  • Reception cover.
  • A high level of organisational an interpersonal skill required.
  • Ability to change improve procedures.
  • Problem solving.
  • Experience of using software including Microsoft Word / excel would be advantageous as would the use of SystmONe.
  • Supervision and guidance for less experienced staff will also be expected.
  • A flexible approach will be expected for absence / annual leave cover.
