We are looking for an Event Sales Administrator to support the planning and delivery of a major national conference and exhibition. This varied role combines sales administration, customer service and event support, with a particular focus on contacting prospective exhibitors, generating enquiries and supporting bookings.

• Make outbound calls to prospective exhibitors and follow up enquiries
• Build strong relationships with exhibitors and delegates
• Support exhibition stand sales and bookings
• Manage customer enquiries by phone and email
• Process exhibitor and delegate bookings
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information on the CRM system
• Provide general sales and event administration
• Work with the Events, Finance and Commercial teams to support the conference

You will have experience in administration, sales administration, sales support, customer service or events.

You will be:

• Confident speaking to customers on the phone
• Comfortable making outbound calls and generating enquiries
• Organised and accurate
• Confident using systems and databases
• Skilled at building rapport with customers
• Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines

Previous events or conference experience would be useful but is not essential.
