Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within the education and training sector?
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive educational setting in Hemel Hempstead from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, and who wants to become part of a welcoming and experienced team.
The level 3 Teaching Assistant role:As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to provide high-quality support to children throughout their school day.
You will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment, supporting children both academically, socially and emotionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with classroom activities and learning
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and stimulating activities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing
- Helping to maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Building strong and positive relationships with children and staff
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting pupils to reach their full potential
The successful Teaching Assistant will be:
- Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Education or a related qualification
- Or hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant/Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification
- Experienced working within an educational setting
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic
- Confident working with children in the education and training sector
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Reliable, committed and professional
- A strong team player
- Able to build positive relationships with children and colleagues
- Able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
- £465-£500 per week
