Reporting to the Online Partner Manager, responsible for supporting the delivery of trading plan for Brand online partners.
Trading & Reporting
- Manage and execute all partner coordination with Online Partner Assistant and Production Administrator, of new products, launches and promotions to live on partner websites.
- Responsible for stock and option management KPIs across our partners. Working with Online Partner Assistant and Merch teams to build and manage stock for all online partners pre and in season to maximise the stock availability according to partner and target KPIs.
- Coordinate the delivery schedules to our non-drop ship partners, working with merch team and DC contacts.
- Liaise with our partners within communication standards on new products, launches and promotions, stock availability and build strong relationships.
- Responsible for brand exposure on partner websites. Monitor partner best sellers reports and product sales and make recommendations around products to push in trading and marketing activity plans.
- Organise the seasonal calendar, meetings and planning documents for key partners with creative and buying teams.
- Support the Online Partner Manager to identify opportunities and to rectify poor performing areas on partner sites.
- Prepare and report on weekly trading stances for Partners, weekly and ad hoc.
- Execute weekly site walks for our partner websites, reviewing new products, categories and imagery standards are met.
- Manage and develop Online Partner Assistant.
- Deputise for Online Partner Manager.
- Support on new partner launch projects and production efficiency programs.

- Aptitude with numbers and strong commercial acumen
