Main duties of the job

Turn your creativity into a rewarding career as an Activities Coordinator. Join the Norton Lees care home as an Activities Coordinator and use your energy, creativity and enthusiasm to create meaningful moments for our residents. Enjoy funded training and career development up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, on-demand pay, Blue Light discounts, a refer-a-friend bonus up to £1,000 and hourly pay ranging from £12.72 to £13.60 based on experience. In this role, you'll plan and lead fun activities, games, crafts and social events, organise celebrations and outings, and create joyful moments through laughter, creativity, and connection. You need the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, availability to work 30 hours per week, and a warm, creative, people-focused personality to apply.
