Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Performance Administrator to join our award-winning service.
This service is a partnership between Alzheimer's Society and Devon Partnership NHS Trust, supporting people living with dementia and their carers.
The Performance Administration Team supports the performance of the service, supporting colleagues in the management of their caseloads and providing wider administrative support. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel and Word and have a desire to learn new skills and technologies to support continual improvement of systems and functions.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
You will have effective communication skills, both written and verbal and experience of dealing appropriately with personally sensitive information.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the healthcare sector is desirable.

Main duties of the job
To serve as the first point of contact for colleagues and other professionals to ensure that the service meets set trust and national standards and targets.
Alongside the performance and data component of this role, the post-holders have the responsibility for the day-to-day caseload administrative activities.
To assist and support practitioners in ensuring the efficient movement and flow of clients through the system, allowing them to focus on health improvement and patient care.
To coordinate performance monitoring data, governance and risk management, communications, and a variety of ad hoc projects with senior managers across the organisation.
Develop and implement systems for collecting data to measure performance, identify breaches and supporting outcomes of service development.
To act as a point of contact in relation to IT Systems and be able to signpost for further IT systems support.
To maintain and update relevant records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately.
