At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, everything we do is about making choice a reality. While you wont be directly treating or supporting clients in this role, your work will play an important part in helping the teams who do.

Youll use your financial expertise to help us understand performance, manage resources effectively and make informed decisions that ultimately support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced, long-standing colleagues who understand our organisation and our mission. Youll work collaboratively with Finance and operational teams across MSI UK, building trusted relationships and providing insight that helps the wider organisation succeed.

Main duties of the job

Youll play a key role in preparing accurate monthly management accounts, supporting the month-end process and contributing to budgeting and forecasting. Youll analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work closely with budget holders and stakeholders (business partnering) across the organisation to provide clear, meaningful insights. Youll also help build strong relationships with regional and divisional managers while supporting financial reporting.

What were looking for

Were looking for someone who combines strong accounting knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Youll need:

  • Previous experience preparing management accounts.
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • The ability to work effectively to deadlines, particularly around month-end.

Whilst the successful candidate will be based in London, the role offers hybrid working, with occasional travel across the country as required.
