Job summary

Join InHealths Lung Cancer Screening Programme and be part of a vital service that helps detect lung cancer early when treatment is most effective. As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused experience across our mobile screening sites in South East.

Main duties of the job

  • Welcome patients and guide them through their screening journey with empathy and professionalism
  • Support clinical colleagues in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, mobile environment
  • Assist with patient handovers between screening and CT scan locations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Help manage clinic flow, support scheduling, and respond to patient queries
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control
  • Contribute to a 7-day service, including bank holidays, with occasional remote admin work

Location:South East London Covering sites inLambeth, Lewisham, Southark, Greenwich, Bromley and Bexley

Travel:Full UK Driving Licence Required

Shifts:12-hour patterns, 3 days a week (8am8pm), including weekends and bank holidays
