Hemel Hempstead | £465-£500 per week | Education and Training

The Role - Education and TrainingAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to provide high-quality support to children throughout their school day.
You will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment while supporting children both academically and socially.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with classroom activities and learning
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging activities
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Building strong relationships with children and staff
- Assisting with personal care where required
