Job summary

<p>As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN Health Visitor), you will join our <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Child and Family Wellbeing Service in Warwickshire</span>. This is a highly rewarding role where you will <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">lead and deliver the Healthy <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Child</span> Programme, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supporting</span> children and families to achieve the best possible outcomes</span>.You will work within a defined locality, building strong relationships with families and partners to promote health, reduce inequalities and safeguard children. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive skill mixed team while continuing to deliver high quality, evidence based care to the community</span>.We are a flexible first employer.
