Reward Analyst

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a large, nationwide organisation that are currently seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6 month FTC.
This role can be based in Hull or in London, and offers hybrid working 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will receive a salary between £55,000 to £70,000 dependant on experience.
As a successful Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for;
- Reviewing the company reward strategy, including job levelling, job architecture and salary banding
- Work across the various sites to complete an in depth review of the business strategy, and produce cost models.
- Make recommendations / process map for implementation
The ideal Reward Analyst will have experience in the following;
- Ability to hit the ground running and work with managers and senior stakeholders regarding the strategy and recommendations
- Have a collaborative and relationship building approach, with strong analytical skills
- Have proven experience completing a similar project previously
