We're working with a long-established and highly respected vehicle rental business that is looking to add a motivated, customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to its Chester team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things properly, and understands that the small details matter. If you're organised, reliable, commercially minded and looking to develop a long-term career within a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

No two days are the same. You'll be helping customers find the right vehicle, managing bookings and paperwork, carrying out vehicle checks, and ensuring every rental runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and delivering excellent service
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles
• Processing rental agreements and payments accurately
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and documenting findings
• Explaining rental terms, insurance products and optional extras
• Supporting branch sales targets through upselling opportunities
• Updating systems with accurate customer and vehicle information
• Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Working closely with colleagues to keep branch operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Confidence speaking with customers and identifying sales opportunities

Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows processes correctly

Ability to work well in a busy team environment

Full UK Driving Licence

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, sales or the automotive industry would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
