ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll use your compassion and experience to deliver the quality care and support we're known for. You'll help improve patients' quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect. Main duties of the job
This role requires a compassionate and experienced Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join Barchester's independent mental health hospital in a casual, part-time capacity. The nurse will work within a multi-disciplinary team, addressing the needs of patients with complex and challenging behaviors, ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions. Autonomy and freedom are emphasized in the role, alongside the expectation of up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
