Job Location - SolihullDepartment - Capital ServiceReporting Relationship - Capital Service Team LeadJob SummaryThe Capital Equipment Service Coordinator is responsible for providing operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Capital Equipment Service organization. Based in the UK, this role supports service operations across the UK & Ireland, Nordic, and Emerging Market (NorthEM) regions, while providing coordination support across South EMEA as required. You will be the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring the effective delivery of installations, repairs, maintenance activities, and data integrity across all business systems.
Job Type - Onsite - Monday - Friday (08:30-16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00)Contract Duration - 12 Months+Pay Rate - £13.39 per hourQualification/educationA qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience is desired.
ExperienceA minimum of four years of experience in business administration, service coordination, or a related function is required.
Skills- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, or other service management platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of Field Service scheduling using scheduling platforms is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate professionally with sales and customer teams.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages, particularly Arabic or Italian, would be advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to show initiative, work independently or within a team, and leverage others to accomplish projects.
- Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time, including international travel.
- Must be able to perform occasional lifting of delivered products.
