Job Title: Student Enrichment Officer

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £24,972 - £27,062 per annum pro rata of £28,031 - £30,378 per annum - SS3

Job type: Fixed Term until March 31 March 2027 (37 hours per week, over 40 weeks per year)

The Role:

It's an exciting time to join University College Birmingham. As our Further Education provision grows, we are expanding the opportunities available to students beyond their main programme of study and strengthening our approach to inclusive enrichment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven Student Enrichment Officer to help students participate in activities that develop confidence, independence, communication, employability and preparation for adulthood.

You will give particular attention to students with SEND and High Needs, working with students and colleagues to identify and remove barriers to participation. You will also help ensure that enrichment is inclusive and accessible to the wider FE student community.

We are looking for someone with the right values, transferable experience and genuine enthusiasm for helping young people discover new interests and opportunities.
