Accounts Payable Clerk

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Energy business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Part time Accounts Payable Clerk.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Accounts Payable Clerk to assist them for 6 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Process supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner ensuring appropriate project and GL coding
• Ensure invoices are processed in line with company approval processes
• Process and audit employee expenses ensuring compliance with company policies
• Reconciliation of supplier invoices and statements
• Process and audit credit card expenses
• Build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Process bank payments and reconcile bank statements
• Various ad hoc tasks

Profile:

The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 6 months years experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This role is paying between £17p/h-£19p/h (DOE)
