Trimming Assembly Operative
Based in Coventry
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am till 4:30pm
EARLY FINISH Fridays: 7:30am till 12:30pm (38 hours per week)
£12.71 per hour
On-site interviews are to be held ASAP!
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Assembly and trimming of automotive interior components
- Working with leather, vinyl, fabric, foam, and other interior materials
- Hand and machine assembly of trim parts to specification
- Following build instructions, drawings, and work standards
- Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a premium finish
- Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Experience working to high quality standards in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work to precise specifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Day shift hours with an early Friday finish
