The Details

Location: Euston, Central London (4-minute walk from Euston Station)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Contract: Temporary position with potential to become permanent

Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based

What You'll Be Doing

Creating an Outstanding Employee Experience

  • Plan and coordinate employee events, team lunches, holiday celebrations, family events and wellbeing initiatives
  • Bring new ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Partner with Inclusion & Impact and People teams to celebrate cultural events and promote an inclusive environment
  • Support internal communications that keep employees informed, connected and engaged
  • Create an office atmosphere where people genuinely enjoy spending time together

Being the Face of the London Office

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, clients and suppliers
  • Deliver a welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Manage visitor processes and office security procedures
  • Build positive relationships across the business and represent the company culture

Keeping the Workplace Running Smoothly

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including facilities, suppliers, deliveries, office supplies and vendor management
  • Coordinate with facilities providers and external partners to maintain a safe, organised and professional workplace
  • Work closely with Executive Assistants and People teams to ensure smooth office operations

Managing Projects & Driving Improvements

  • Lead multiple office and employee experience projects from planning through to delivery
  • Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience
  • Work closely with local leadership and the wider global People Experience team
  • Ensure local initiatives align with broader business objectives and workplace strategy



You Might Be a Great Fit If

  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Workplace Experience, People Experience, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
  • Experience organising events or employee engagement initiatives
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with confidence working independently
  • A genuine passion for creating outstanding employee and guest experiences
  • A creative mindset and fresh ideas for enhancing workplace culture
  • Previous experience within a technology, SaaS, startup or AI environment
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
