Business Analyst | Hybrid | Inside IR35 | £450 - £500 per day | Exeter

We are currently supporting a client who is looking for multiple experienced Business Analysts to join a major transformation programme within a large-scale organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working across complex business and technology change initiatives, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and helping to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proven experience delivering system integration projects, with the ability to work across multiple platforms and applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment.
• Experience with B2B integrations, including the exchange of data between external partners, suppliers, and customers through APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies.

Nice to Haves

• Experience within the Utilities sector.
• Knowledge of Smart Metering programmes and technologies.
• Exposure to MuleSoft integrations and API-led connectivity solutions.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
