The Role:

Are you an experienced Proposition or Marketing Specialist with strong storytelling and content creating skills?

We are looking for a Proposition & Marketing Specialist to work across Claims, Marketing and business leadership, shaping compelling propositions and content that communicate the organisation's value across international markets.

This role offers the opportunity to develop thought leadership, sales enablement materials and engaging narratives that bring complex expertise to life and demonstrate value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and strengthen targeted propositions, key messages and differentiators across Claims.
• Create compelling content including case studies, articles and thought leadership that showcase Claims expertise and client outcomes.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging stories and messaging for different audiences
• Develop marketing and sales materials including presentations and sales enablement tools to support broker and client engagement

Your Profile:

• Experience within Insurance or Financial Services
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating a broad range of marketing and communication materials
• Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing
