Working Pattern: Mon-Thurs 07:00-16:00, Fri 07:00-12:00

JOB PURPOSE:
To support a small team with on-time-delivery of paperwork and admin-related tasks for CAD/Cutting; including data entry and printing garment labels for the week's production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spreadsheet data entry
Updating the daily Cutting work-in-progress (WIP) report
General typing and editing of worksheets (Fusing, Lining and Under collar work sheets)
Working on the weekly production schedule
A3 Projects
Adobe PDF data editing for works orders.
Care labels - D2.Comm data to download and printing of the labels / setting up folding of labels, printing of SG labels
Working on SAP
Printing and bagging Move Tickets, preparing bags for the Meta Tickets(MT), adding labels into the MT bags

PERSONAL PROFILE:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good level of literacy and numeracy
SAP knowledge - training will be provided
Highly Motivated
Able to prioritise and manage own workload
Friendly approachable nature
Excellent communication skills
Proactive approach to tasks

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
Accuracy of data entry
Delivery of tasks in a timely manner
