Multi Trade Operative – Kitchens & Bathrooms

Enjoy a 6-month agency contract with £22 per hour CIS payments and 45p per mile for business travel, working for a well-established housing association. This Multi Trade Operative – Kitchens & Bathrooms role offers consistent work across Newcastle-under-Lyme and the surrounding areas.
You’ll be working for a respected housing association based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, carrying out kitchen and bathroom works across their housing stock. This is a great opportunity to secure six months of consistent work as a Multi Trade Operative – Kitchens & Bathrooms with a competitive hourly rate and mileage allowance.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Multi Skilled Operative, Plasterer or in a similar property maintenance role.
As a Multi Trade Operative – Kitchens & Bathrooms you will be:

• Completing full kitchen installations
• Carrying out full bathroom installations
• Completing plumbing works associated with kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Carrying out carpentry and general building works
• Completing tiling and finishing works
• Carrying out full plastering where required
• Completing installations from start through to final finish
• Working alongside qualified gas and electrical contractors where required

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Strong experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Experience across multiple trades
• The ability to complete full plastering
• Their own van and ability to travel between properties
• A good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
