- Leadership and management of fostering and children's social care teams.
- Foster carer support, supervision and assessment.
- Quality assurance, auditing and performance management.
- Workforce development, supervision and coaching.
- Safeguarding, care planning and achieving positive outcomes for children.
- Strategic service development and partnership working.
