Recruitment Coordinator

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing organisation on a fixed term contract. This is a fast paced role focused on attracting top talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers with recruitment activity.

The role will be based from their Billericay office with some travel needed between other Essex offices. You will be supporting with the recruitment of a variety of positions to ensure the level of candidates remains high.

Key Details

• 12 month fixed term contract
• 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday + BH
• Salary circa £35,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process across a variety of roles
• Screen applications, conduct pre-screening calls, and coordinate interviews
• Advertise vacancies and source candidates through multiple channels
• Ensuring company values are upheld and communicated to candidates
• Organise recruitment events, open days, and careers fairs
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce activity reports

Experience

• Previous recruitment, resourcing, HR administration, or similar experience
• Experience screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
• Ideally experience within volume, agency or public sector recruitment
