Main duties of the job

What youll receive includes outstanding career development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, 36 hours per week including alternate weekends, days and nights availability, a refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000*, up to £12.91 per hour, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Responsibilities include providing personal care and support, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, supporting activities and social engagement, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being, and delivering person-centred care as part of a team. Qualifications include experience in a care setting being essential, being kind, compassionate, and great with people, having a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, and being able to work alternate weekends. Work will be in a luxury Aylesbury Care Home.
