Main duties of the job

We rely on you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, whilst also depending on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You'll have tasks such as developing tailored care plans, providing medication safely, and ensuring excellence in all that you do. You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience with creating well-developed care plans and performing detailed risk assessments is necessary, as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll take pride in a person-centred approach to nursing.
