I'm currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Business Architect to join a major enterprise-wide transformation programme.

Following a significant digital transformation, this role will focus on redefining business processes, shaping a new operating model, and ensuring the organisation is positioned to realise the benefits of its transformation investment.

Key experience required:

• Enterprise-level Business Architecture experience
• Designing and implementing Target Operating Models
• Redefining and optimising end-to-end business processes
• Strong understanding of Agile Value Chains and value-driven delivery
• Experience working in highly collaborative environments
• Ability to influence and engage senior business stakeholders
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills

Role details:

• 4-5 month initial contract
• Outside IR35
• £550-£600 per day
• Hybrid working
• 2 days per week on site in the Bournemouth area
