Fire door fitter

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an ongoing contract upgrading UPVC doors and windows across dwellings and mid-rise flats in Stoke.
This is a minimum 12-month contract with a quick start available for the right person.

The Site Manager will get:

• £32 per hour
• Minimum 12 months’ work
• Company vehicle provided
• Quick start

• Mix of dwellings and mid-rise flats

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Site Manager experience within social housing is essential
• SMSTS required
• UPVC doors/windows experience advantageous
• Strong technical knowledge
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Ability to manage programmes and meet timeframes
• Confident dealing with clients, managers and operatives
• Experience managing direct trades and subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills

As a Site Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the works on site, managing trades and subcontractors, keeping the programme on track and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
