Finnish Team Leader

Finnish Speaking Team Leader | Remote (UK-Based)

Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a Team Leader who are fluent in Finnish and possess strong document review experience for an upcoming document review project.

These roles are fully remote however, candidates must be based in the UK to be considered.

To be eligible, candidates must have:

• Fluency in Finnish
• Qualified Lawyer
• Previous document review experience
• Immediate availability

Key requirements:

• Coordinate stakeholders and manage document review operations.
• Oversee workflows, quality control, reporting, and client communications.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
• Utilise Relativity to manage searches, fields, layouts, and batches

This project is due to commence ASAP, so successful applicants must be available to start at short notice.
