A welcoming and Outstanding-rated specialist SEN school in Southeast, Bexley is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team ASAP for the full academic year.

This is a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, severe learning difficulties and complex communication needs. You will play an important role in supporting pupils academically and personally, helping them build confidence, develop independence and make meaningful progress.

• £105 - £120 per day

PERSON SPECIFICATION- SEN Teaching Assistant

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism or complex needs would be advantageous
• Passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Patient, caring and compassionate approach
• Adaptable and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Willing to learn and develop within a specialist SEN environment
