In the heart of Bexley, a fantastic SEN School are on the hunt for multiple Unqualified Teaching Assistants (Level 3) for ASAP starts.
What shall you be doing as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3)?
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
- Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
- Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom.
- Support personal care and daily routines where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.
- Build trusting and positive relationships with pupils.
- Work closely with teachers and wider SEN professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- ASAP start
- £105 - £120 per day
- Full-time, long-term contract
- Excellent support from experienced teaching and SEN staff
- Specialist training and professional development provided

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Previous experience supporting children and young people with SEN is highly desirable.
- Experience working with pupils with Autism or complex additional needs would be an advantage.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with additional needs.
- A patient, nurturing and empathetic approach.
- Flexible, initiative-driven and responsive to individual needs.
